On Sundays, confirmed dates go ahead as planned, but we do not process new requests or last-minute bookings. Want a Sunday appointment? Confirm by Saturday before 22:00.

Our availability
The Operations Centre is available Monday through Saturday from 12:00 to 22:00. Within those hours we process requests, confirm bookings, and answer questions. Clients in Amsterdam, Rotterdam, and across the Netherlands can count on us during those times.
Sundays: dates yes, new bookings no
On Sundays our Secret Agents are active for all planned and confirmed dates. What we do not do on that day: process new requests or accept last-minute bookings. Want an appointment on a Sunday? Make sure you have a confirmation by Saturday before 22:00 at the latest.
Timing of the date itself
Our operating hours determine when you can reach us, not when the date may begin. A booking that starts at 22:30 or later is perfectly fine, as long as it is confirmed on time. Overnight appointments also often begin late in the evening. The same rules apply: book before closing time, enjoy whenever you like.
